2002 5 speed conversion

Is it a huge ordeal to convert a 2002 4runner to a 5speed?

If not, what components must be replaced besides the transmission and peddal assembly?

I know that the 2001-2002 must have a different t-case than the >2000 4Runners.

Thanks

I think it would be a hard job. It may be easier to get a 2000 5-speed.

You will need:
New Tranny
Clutch
Shifter assy
Pedal assy
Flywheel
slave cyl, lines, and tank.
Maybe 5-speed ECU

i dont think that it would be worth it,

may be cheaper and easyer to sell yours for a 5 speed,

i dunno though, i agree with everything ^ he said, and im pretty sure you may have to get a 5 speed ecu also,
