I got a 2000 4 runner 3.4l not running, fuel is to the injectors does not start, plugs are dry. Has good spark, Noid light on injectors says power, they are not pulsating. Changed the ecu out, anyone got any ideas ?

Your 2000 ECU will probably have a different pinnout than the 2002, Toyota liked to change things around from year to year for some reason.

Have you check for codes using an OBD-II reader? You could have codes without a warning light.

 

have scanned with a code reader, no codes. Replaced coolant temp sensor, ignition thing, fuel is getting to the rails, and cleaned injectors.

 

Is there some sort of a security system in there doing something with the injector circuit? Have you checked all the fuses i.e. EFI fuse, etc.? All ground wires under the hood in good condition and hooked up?
