2 Problems with my 95.5 tacoma

2 Problems with my 95.5 tacoma
1995.5 Tacoma 4wd with 288k miles it has a hesitation when I take off, but runs fine when i get up to speed, any suggestions? also when im off road or hit a bigger bump on the road, the truck seems to have a clunk like sound coming from the right front wheel area. Any help with these problems would be excellent
