1999 4runner Fuel Injector

I have a 1999 4runner where one of the fuel injectors is leaking gas. I replaced the o-rings and it still leaks gas. I check them and they are not pinched. Its hard to tell where exactly its leaking, but the gas is near the base as it is inserted into the piston.

Any ideas what else it might be? Can an injector go bad that would cause a gas leak?

Thanks.

Kevin

Replaced all 3 injectors on the drivers side and no leak at the injectors.

Now its leaking gas at by the bolt connected to the front of the fuel rail. The bolt is tight; what else could it be?

Leaking from the crossover pipe? If so, you not get the two metal gaskets back in on each side?

I'll check the gaskets again.

Does crossover pipe connector screw hole need to line up exactly with the crossover pipe when it is installed? Or it doesn't matter?
