1998 4 runner limited skippe CD player
Hello,
I just bought a 1998 4 runner limited and the original factory CD player is skipping when I drive over the smallers bumps. Any thoughts? I would hate to buy another radio if it is a simple fix. I dont know if this is a common problem. Any advise would be great. Thanks.

This is pretty common on older CD players -- there is no anti-skip, or if there is it's usually only 1 or 2 seconds. I'm guessing this is probably the case for a factory '98 cd player.
