Hi i am new to this forum and i have a question about my 1997 4runner sr5
The tail gate seem to have a weird crinkle in the metal around and mostly to the left of the wiper are. I have looked at may of the early year 3rd gens and i have seen the exact kind of crinkle on the tail gate. Is ther any kind of fix for this? Did toyota have any recall on any of the rear window motor or regulator? Please help if you can cuz the body shop want $800 to fix and i am just not that confident that bondo will fix the problem due to the tailgate flexes when i roll the window up and down.
