1995 Tacoma Speedometer Issues

1995 Tacoma Speedometer Issues
Hello,
The needle on my Speedometer bounces intermittently. It's bouncing more often now but I can't seem to figure an exact time it will. The Tach and other gauges work fine and read accurately. I've taken the cluster out to check the cable connection at the back of it and it is fine. The connection is also fine at the tranny. Any Ideas??
