1990 4-runner Hard brake pedal on Cold mornings.
Hello Everyone,
I need some help. When the temp is below zero this winter I have a hard brake pedal for about a minute then it become normal for the day. It feels just like the booster has stopped working. I just recently bled the brakes and added new fluid. I cannot see an apparent vacuum leak to the booster. Any ideas?
