15"Wheels & Wheel Spacers

Ok, Finally got the wheels in today, and now have another problem. The wheels are Blacrock Type D window 15x8 with 3.75" backspacing. I went to test fit them to the front of my 1997 4Runner SR5, and the calipers rub against the wheels. How big of wheel spacer will I need in order to fit these wheels? Thanks!!

Is your Runner 4x4? Are you sure you want 15s on a 3rd gen? I'd try to find 16s that I liked and trade them out. I once bought a 2nd gen with 15s that "matched" the alloys on my '97 and had nice new mud tires on it. I was quite disappointed when they wouldn't fit over the calipers. Thats when I realized Toyota made 2 sizes that look the same.

How much rub? As in fit on the studs and tighten and tire won't turn or tire won't even go on period? First is grind caliper, second is wheel spacers the width of how far out you need based on separation needed to clear.

The wheel will not go all the way in. The caliper prevents the wheel from resting flush against the hub.

Measure how much you lack and then get that much wheel spacer.
Personally I'd find rims that fit and sell those.
