What kind of lift?

Did you follow with an alignment? What about the tires, are they balanced? Just a few thoughts...

1" lift

Thanks for responding to my cry 4 help. Yes ive done balancing, alignment, rotate tires and even changed the left lower control as suggested by one of the many mechanics i took my truck to. I changed the prop.shaft again from a mechanic suggestion, he said by lifting the rear 1" it may have thrown the prop. in a different angle. even with the new prop. shaft its still vibrating.

What kind of lift did you do to only get one inch?? You wouldn't think that only an inch would throw off the prop shaft angle that much but it sounds like that's what it is

Yes, that is strange that would happen.
I lifted mine 2" in the rear with only the Downey HD coils, and then cranked the T bars up front 1.5 to 2", and it's fine after an alignment.

What kind of lift did you use?

Thanks again for your response! the kind of lift was a 1" lift with progressive springs to fix the sagging rear end. the kit includes brake proportioning rod relocation bracket. i also got front and rear shocks, say they werent the right shocks would it cause the truck to vibrate? there is a couple of things we can rule out of this equation these or all done, alignment, balancing, change prop. shaft. here is another thing, recently while driving between 35-40mph i hear a rattling coming from what sounds like the gear box or the transfer case, if i take my foot off the gas the rattling stops or if i pull up on the lever that controls the 4 wheel that makes the sound stop also. this rattling only accure between 35-40mph. Could this be my vibration problem or is this something totally different?
