1" body lift enough Opinions?

1" body lift enough Opinions?

Question ... I have a 02 double cab with 881 ome coils on the front 2" aal on the back. I currently run 265 75 r16 BFG AT.. would like to move up to 285's BFG AT's, any opinions on rubbing would a 1" bodylift be enough?

A 1" BL provides clearnce for 2" taller, but not wider tires. 285 is only 1.2" taller and .8" wider.. So with only going up 1.2" you have some room to go wider, you should have enough clearnace on the proper rim. Do a search this topic has been to death......

with the ATs, you should be able to clear the a arms with stock wheels but in case get some quarter inch wheel spacers, or get some 8 inch rims with 4.5bs.

get the 1 inch or get a 1.5 inch bl.
