1 1/2"front tow bar hook ups?

Before I bought my runner It was lucky enought to find most of its time behind a motorhome (its a 97 with 93,000mi has a tow bar hook up welded to the front of the frame and a trailer adapter wired into the engine compartment).

The tow bar mounts are welded on and look to be about 1 1/2". Does anyone know of a trailer type hook I can add to these like the ones you can mount in the rear? And be able to place shackles on and also a bumper that will clear them keeping them usefull? Their welded on the outsides and under the frame, so I planed on beafing up the small tack welds a little and dont feel like grinding and cutting.... Or is it a lost cause and just cut them off and put on a bumper with tow points?

Thanks

here are the pics the close up is the right side if looking at the front or left side if sitting in it. ITs got 2 bolts holding it on as well as welds around. Once again thank you all for your help.

thats what Im looking for but im guessing thats the normal reciver size? these are about 1/2" smaller than the rear. should I just leave them and get a tow bar? And put it up in front of the bumper like some rigs I see?
