03 Tacoma clutch engagement range

Hey fellas,

Been reading up for a while since i got my 03 Tacoma x-tra cab v-6 4x4 5spd.

Have a Q about the clutch engagement. Not new to manuals, but new to tacomas. My clutch disengagement and engagement feel to be in the last 1/4 of clutch travel near the floor. When cold, 1st to 2nd shift is slightly tough to get in, no grinding. All other shifting is great. Is this all normal or am i looking at clutch replacement soon?? Truck has 94k miles.

Thanks -Jake
