I thought it was interesting. Never knew there was an amp for the subwoofer.

Question: Does this mean that I can replace the stock amp and subwoofer with a real amp and subwoofer?

Does that mean I could purchase the stock indash 6 disc headunit for my SR5 and swap it out? I wonder if the harnessess would match up exactly the same?

 

Yes you can replace the stock with aftermarket however aftermarket stereo equipment uses RCA's factory stereo doesnt. So you will need line out coverter to do it. Something like these

THE DUTCH MAN I would bet money you could do it. THe main harness its any different so there is no reason it wont work.
