03 db-cab tacoma, 3.4L strange Clatter on START

Hey guys,
I went out to start my 03 tacoma w/3.4L today (36000miles) and it gave a little clatter like after draining oil and a little puff of smoke. This is the first time this has happened. This truck is pretty much babied and oil changes are on the spot at every 3000 miles..Any ideas what could of cause this clatter and then the puff of white/blueish smoke. I am concerned. Oil level is normal w/no apparent usage, but white means buring something..so if anyone has ideas, im all open to them. Thanks.

I am not sure what it is….if it happened only ones it may be nothing at all. But I would recommend go to dealership and tell them about it (since it is still under 60k / 5 years power train warranty at least) so they will write that down. Just in case something will happened down the road.
