03 brake pulsation
Hey guys. I've noticed since day one that my brake pedal has always had a slight pulsation to it. I feel it most when braking softly. If I jam on the brakes, It's nice and smooth. Is this the ABS or Electronic Brake Force Dist. doing it's thing. Rotors and pads are in good condition. I have 16K and at the 15K service dealer wrote that the front were 10% worn and rear were only 5%. Checked the rotors tonight and they are nice and smooth. No grooves. What you guys think? Maybe the junkie Dunflops resonating vibration through the brake pedal?

It could be the tires, but from the sounds of it, what you are describing is the ABS. The other thing to check is if the rotors are warped, but it sounds like you have already been there.

I aired down this morning. Tires were blow up to 37 psi cold. It must have happened with the change from winter to spring here. It's 81 today. Braking was much smoother this AM on the ride to work. So was the ride of the truck. Brought the tires down to 34 psi. It looks like I may have been picking up the rough road feel through the pedal? Anyone else notice this? I hate the Dunflops! Time for Revos once I pass the money godess (aka. wife)
