i just did the 4 lower bumps, i just wanted more up travel. didnt want to mess up my axles with more droop. i do have 1inch diff drop and sway bar kit but still dont want to risk it.

with no quick disconnects on the sway i dont think i was able to up all the up travel i am suppose to get with the bump stops since they dont have any marks on them lol. once i get some quick disconnects im sure it will be better on the trails

Hey man, ... thanks for the quick answer!

That's exactly what I'm going to do, regarding the lower stops.

Here's my set up.....

1. Both new; Upper and Lower Ball Joints(Uppers are Downey Mega Travel w/Zerk)
2. New Control Arm Bushings
3. 4Crawler 1.5" BJ spacer and Diff and Sway Drop kit
4. OMEmu New Version Nitro Shocks and Steering Stabilizer(Not sure if anything is diff, just the boot/shield? lol)
5. Stock bump stops(orig's..... they're all in perfect condition)

I plan on putting in the low pro's on the bottom, and I've had my sway bar out since I installed all this...(I do have all new Sway Bushings and the 4crawler drop kit.... But I just wanted to see how it rides). Honestly? I can't notice much difference, probably cuz,...... before I removed the sway bar, I had 25yr. old suspension!?! lol. I'm sure with it out it's LESS stable, ...but I swear, even on the long-hard turns in the canyons, then hitting a bump while in said turns, ....NOTHING washes, etc.

your set up sounds really nice. freshens up the front up a bit. where are you getting those upper ball joints or have you had them? the newer shocks are stiff from what i found on arb website. i only have the newer ones in the rear.

Hey man, looks great! Have fun in Pismo! I'll be in Havasu! lol. HOTTTTTTT! lol. I'll be on the water toys and you'll be on the sand toys, ...awesome! hahaha.

So, ..... far as the shocks, I updated a lil bit, pretty funny pic as well of some shocks side by side. Far as the mega travels, I got those from Jim, the owner of downey, out of his garage, just a year ago or so. Along with the grill guard for 90$!

Yeah, .... I rode around today with some shocks a Local Yotatechy floated me, ... THE RIDE IS INSANE! Haven't got the OME's yet in the mail... I'll probably hold off on installing them just yet as these Edelbrocks are the nicer ones they have from what the guy told me with special valving for turns, etc., ..... I gotta say, as much crap as I've heard, they are some of the nicest shocks I've ridden on in one of these.

Have a great time, once again!

wow i surprised you didnt catch that the shocks was way too long. i guess when arb send stuff straight to you, you can trust them. trust me, i had a long argument with them thru emails asking them over and over again if the N92 are the correct ones since thats what was listed in there application chart. i found another chart that shows replace bushings for every shock and noticed that the N94 that everyone uses had a different bushing kit compared to the N92. i question them and they said no the N92 will work. long story short i order the wrong ones and had to exchange them for the N94 and arb told me that when the application chart got updated it wasnt correct

I will try to find a good deal on rear's.... can't really afford another set of OME's for the rear at this time, ya know? For now, mine work, (RS5000's).....BUT DANGGGGGGG! Not the greatest/smoothest ride, eh? lol.

wow you sure do pack alot. i guess if i didnt have the quad i would carry more weight. it has no problems pulling the weight around the city but going out of town. there are some pretty steep hills i have the climb. i have always hated running my revs so high just to keep 55-65 mph. 7%+ grade hills

me airing down

im used to charcoal grills so im new to propane grilling. this trip was my 1st using it. i plan on using it more at home now. its a nice set up for sure. its works pretty good and love how it fires right up and off as needed. funny you mention costco, its where i just got it from. i figure if i didnt like it, i can return it. make sure you get the newest version of this. i heard the older ones, u cant grill with the top closed. also make sure the slide out tables are out during grilling or they can melt from what i heard.

Glad to hear. Ill probably be picking one up in a couple weeks. I think the only thing I dont like about it is that it sits a little lower than most grills. Im sure I wont mind it when I get use to it though.

i think it has to sit just a hair lower so its not too tall when folded up. some tips i read online was to line the bottom of the grilling area with foil for easier clean up. i plan on buying the griddle and stove top accessories. gonna see if my girl wants to sew up a cover for it

ps, dont wait to long to pick one up. i know some items costco carries wont be around long. plus you can return it whenever

I will wait till I see if I get this deck from a buddy that has it already in there.... Might not, but can't afford to just go out and buy things right now, ...so we'll see, hahaha.
