On the grizzly grip what's the difference there's like aromatic n aliphatic, which did you use? Any pics of it

Not at the moment, i need some more money beforei can do anything else...hah

the alipatic is for being in direct sunlight. Aromatic is if you are goin to having it not in direct sunlight. the aromatic will fade in the sun after a while. You would want to buy the aliphatic for your truck bed unless you are putting a top or toneau cover on your bed.

thanks man.

umm i grinded the surface rust down completly so its just raw metal and then sprayed some primer on the raw spots. Then you rough up all the paint in the bed. i used a really rough sponge and scratched my bed. You do this so the griz grip has something to grip on and will stick alot better.

Like with a wire brush on a grinder or grinding disk? I wonder if it's better to do this when it's hot weather or if it matters I'm thinking about it for a Christmas gift so it'll be cold here

yea, with a wire brush. you just need to scuff the surface. if i recal correctly it should be applied between 40-80 degrees. or somewhere in that range

Bad news....i am going to need a clutch soon...if im crusin at 45mph my rps are at like 2200 and if i step on the gas the rps just shoot up with out accelerating.

hey, i saw that you got some window tint on your truck and that you mention it being a "pre-cut" tint. where did you get yours from? i'm assuming it was pretty easy to do since they're all relatively flat panes of glass. i've done DIY auto parts store window tint on 2 vehicles in the past and thought about doing my truck, but if someone makes pre-cut tint it would go much easier!

Okay I'm gonna get a grinder n kit hopefully by christmas n I can do it indoors in the heated garage.

Mmm I've never had to replace a clutch yet check out wabfab he has oem asian clutch kits for like 150 or ceramic for 245.

I'm having a mysterious squeal when I start accelerating it's either ujoint or throw out bearing n I greased u joints n it's still there

I searched "pre-cut window tint" on ebay. Here is the url.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/310340294852...ht_5235wt_1270

The store was super nice and understanding. but if you order you have to be clear about your truck. i forgot to say extra cab so they sent me out the tint for FREE. great company

Yeah that would work out well. Yeah that's what i'm thinking of doing. interesting...
