This morning, I went back to pull-a-part to get the drive shaft that came out of the truck I got the axle from.
I plan on cutting the transfercase side ujoints off the stock drive shaft and cutting the axle side ujoint off this drive shaft and making a custom shaft out of square toobing. This is one of the ways I am trying to keep the biuld cheap because now I dont have to buy a new yoke for the 14 bolt or transfercase and other than the cost of toobing, I will only be in it 30$.

Mini update: I haven't really done anything to the truck over the last week. Family has been in town and you know how that is... Haha. Hopefully make it to the junk yard this week to get leaf springs. After the leafs, I'll have to start buying all of the new parts...
Looks great. Now why would one put truck liner in his cab?
The floor is not as slippery, easy to wash out when muddy, it doesn't get as hot near the transmission tunnel, prevents rust, and gives the interior of the truck a more finished look. (This is in comparison of the bare metal floor with no carpet) It's not a must by any means but I like it.

After letting the bed liner dry for a few days I put all the trim, seat, and belts back in.
I then took the doors off and went wheeling. I only have one crappy pic but I beat this thing up. I wish i had more pictures but hard to take pics and drive.

Last question and Im done. if you look into your cab you see black little covers or plugs (not sure what exactly their called) but Im trying to find some for my truck as I need some.
If you look in my truck cab where the mud/dirt is you see the hole is not covered. Do u know where I can buy these? Im thinking about maybe tact welding some metal but want to see if any one knows what it is called first.

I would say your best bet is to look on craigslist to see if someone is parting out their truck. If they are ask if you can buy the rubber floor drain plugs. I would NOT weld a piece of metal over because that would cover your drain holes and body mount bolts. (The two bigger holes in the front and back corner of both sides of the cabs are holes to get to the body mount bolts.)
