Not sure, ...you gonna bid? Cuz that aint "BUY NOW", lol. Man, I was just reading a thread, it's in the "NEW THREADS" section under, "What would you pay for a 3.4?"

Best wishes on the hunt. Gotta have the ECU, harness, alternator, PS, Bell housing, ...... I don't know, as I said, but reading that other thread, it sounded like there are "GUYZ" out there that offer the ENTIRE kit for the swap into a 3.veezee for a price. I'd say one thing, Brian, .....TAKE YOUR TIME, unless you find a rolled 2002 with 30K or something, ....ya know? And, even then, gotta be sure nothing REALLY bad happened to it before that, etc. You can't find one at a yard that you mention all the time? I'd love to do this, ...but into a 22re I think it's even more extensive and, well, the MONEY! LOL. Can't remember what mileage they get. Curious on that, too. I was actually weighing the 1UZ swap, not long ago, that RMA does. I mean, .....2200$ or so, plus motor? Hmmm, lol. ME LIKES V8's, hahaha.

Mark you make a good point, what i think im going to do is throw in a new headgasket in the 3.0 and run her around like that for a while until she pops and by then hopefully ill have a good 3.4 to swap in.

Quick question for you guys, i can't get a straight answer. Some people say for the 3.0 -->3.4 swap you need a body lift, others say you don't, some say you need a 1" and others say a 2" so what is it? Do i need a body lift or not? If i do, then you can pretty much forget about the swap as i am 100% against body lifts.

I'll keep searching...

a good alternative is a hood scoop, or at least a hood "bubble". i think one of those would look cool, needed or not
