I also pulled the front bumper to start working on the SAS, I am still up in the air on cutting to the ARB mounts to make it work with the SAS or sell it and buy a new tube bumper.

Progress has been pretty slow lately, I was planning on having the swap done by now. I got a call for a tour with an artist iv'e done a little bit of work with in the past. So I was off to Europe for a week and a half, home for a couple days, than Japan for 4 days. Here are a few pics.

Ill have to upload some europe pics later

I have not wired anything up yet, it is just installed for the moment to make sure everything fits. I am planning on pulling it off and etching all the labels into it. The plan so far is
1- Front Locker
2- Rear Locker
3- Front Lights
4- Rear Lights
5- CB/ Radio/ Interior Misc.
6- Not Use Yet
I need to still play around with the fitment a bit, but it is close.

I have also been installing the SAS stuff that I can get away with.
-Install front spring hanger
-Install front shackle tubes into frame
-Install rear spring hanger
-Modify and reinstall bumper to work with all the new stuff on the front end
I think I am going to be investing in a decent mig welder one of these days. The stick has been a pain in the butt to get into tight spaces, but it is working for the moment.

Next project was to install the CB Radio Antenna.
I ran the wire for CB Radio along side the trailer wiring harness, than up the front side of the bed. See picture below.

Next was some rear off-road lights.
This is a temporary install as I eventually want them in the rear bumper, but this will keep them out of harms way for now and still be effective. I was going to mount them on the bottom of the bumper, but there is already some rock rash on the bottom and I knew the lights wouldn't last long.

Thanks.... the IFS will be all alone on sunday night if all goes as planned. I am hoping to have the SAS done by tuesday or wednesday.
And yea the job has been good lately, but 60hrs in an airplane in the last 3 weeks is a little rough.

Well the SAS is taking a bit long than expected.
I thought I would check the Gear ratio's one last time before we got started and it turns out my truck has 4.30 gears in the rear end. So i ended up putting the 4.30 e-locker I had in the front axle. That took the majority of sunday. On the bright side I am getting pretty good at pulling the front end apart.
I will post up pictures when I get home.
