Hello,
Looking for advice. 1989 Toyota 4WD manual transmission pick-up truck. Reverse lights not working. Fuse, switch, wiring, bulbs all check out. Apparently, whatever pushes on the switch inside the transmission is not doing it's job or needs adjustment.

Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

 

There is a sensor on the side of the trans that triggers the lights to come on. You got a v6 or a 4cyl?
