Picture right after I painted her.

After paint I swapped out the welded third for an open because of getting new bfg's and a whole lot of driving everyday.

Finally got a tailgate, got it painted and wired. Also within the tied up the lspv bar, best thing ive done to the brakes yet. Cut the drivers side ubolts down. I also got new wheels the ally ones wallowed out so i got some steel 15x10, while i was at it repacked the front wheel bearings and painted the lock in/out hub.

Re-did the exh the other day because I had to. The pipe had split right after the collecter . Took it off and welded it back up and in the procees go rid of my low hanging side exit no muffler and cat set up. In place I put a flowmaster and left the cat off.
Mock up

Halfway through when I was welding the mig took a ˟˟˟˟ and the only other welder we had was a 220 arc. So I had my buddy weld it up since I can't arc weld.

It sounds a whole lot better and not there is no rattles and it's not visble from the side. Still need to make a more permanent hanger for the muffler. Hung up with some wire right now. I'm also gonna run the rest of it out the back or side not sure which yet.

Over the past couple of months I fixed the oil leak (new vc gasket, oil pan gasket, frt cover gaskets), replaced the rear shoes, and replace the left rear wheel bearing. Also sometime this week my new skyjacker nitros will be in just have to go to 4wheelparts and pick them up.

Aint been on here in a long time so heres an update. Got a 02 Tacoma as dd, best decision by far. So Finally got to working on the sas. Plan is dana 44 front w/ chromos, 14 bolt rear welded, 5.38s, duals, flat belly, ruf, flipped 57s and some 37-38s. Oh and keep it as low as possible.

Hopefully ride height

Front spring hanger I had made, thanks to Damien at MOBS fab

Front axle

Tear down

Long side tube had alot of dirt in it, cant complain the axle was free.

The infamous 14 bolt, this is one heavy bitch. The day I picked it up.

All tore down for the most part and ready for the disc brake swap.

Clean 3.73s, to bad they wont work for what I want.

Dana 44 vs 14 Bolt

Some of the stuff I ordered from sky

Today my stuff from barnes should be here so I might be able to get the rear kind sorta mocked up here soon, progress has been slow due to work and school.
