Xxx, I will have you know that I have no idea what I am doing when I fire up Photoshop. I'm sure if some one knew what they were doing, they would look really good, but these were shot with my iPhone, so there is only so much that can be done. If I was better at photo editing I would have to give up something, like wrenching, and that ain't happening.
BTW, how's your wipers?

My wipers? well, gonna find out today as I am going on a little wheeling trek today tonight and maybe tomorrow. lol. shhhh, it's a secret. And it's not to RC.

I have your intermittent setup, remember?
When the weather cools a little, September, I am going to take a camping trip. Probably to RC. Need to find someone to go with, another wheeler, if you or anyone else is interested.

don't hold your breath, but i'm so close i can smell it. rc is a must. i probably won't have the locker in until next year, but i want to camp in the trailer this fall

maybe jerry can make it for more than an hour this time, and brian actually show up

Might be up for it but with 3 mud bogs from now till sept, not sure if I will have the funds to go or not, also got a slight issue after wheeling this weekend, I think I tweaked my pitman and relay rod. Steering wheel is not long straight and is 90* off again. lol. Doesn't pull any different then before but I have a non-matching spare as well on the left side. So I don't know if the slightly larger tire is causing t or not, but with a quick look this morning it appears the pitman and relay rod is tweaked. Pitman under warranty and relay rod, well........

Could it have tweaked both? I can't see how the wheel would be at 90 if you tweak one and it drives straight.

I think it tweaked the pitman and the relay rod. Which would make sense since left and right wheels are turning the same amount.
It doesn't look like the tires are sitting like this \ | . Anyway HI-jack off. lol, I updated my build thread.

So yesterday i was in a meeting, bored, not a board meeting..haha, and started to right down all the mods i have done since last August when i bought the truck:

-ISR
-3.0 Exhaust Crossover ReRoute
-A340 swap to R150
-RF1A transfer case, clocked 10* to R150 Trans
-E-Fan
-Fuel Tank Lift
-Swing-Out Tire Carrier
-Horn Upgrade (Land Rover)
-Deck Light Mod, and added an extra light to passenger side
-Big 3
-MR2 100amp Alternator
-Windows always hot(4Crawler mod)

the above list is really based on the popular mods, so i didn't include tires/wheels, my interior stuff, or maintenance.

Hopefully i can track down the Supra brakes, since the ones i ordered magically went from "in stock" to back ordered after i called to ask when they would ship.

When does the TDI swap start? I want you to do it and find all the pitfalls so when I do it in a few years I won't mess up !

^^^ that is a great idea, now if i could just find someone to do it soon, so i can watch them this would be great...kinda like a pyramid scam, but for engine swaps.

I hope to get cracking on it the end of next summer. By then i should have a running Jetta/Passat that i can go over and play with because i have no diesel experience. I have been on the TDIclub forum and there are a few guys that have some great information over there, specifically Toyotas.
