Hello everyone, I recently traded my honda for a 89 toyota pickup dlx model with 3vze and 5 spd transmission. So i thought i would make a build thread. My yota came with a 3" body lift installed, a double roll bar and bigger shackles in the rear with a add a leaf and some worn out 32x11.50 tires on 15" aluminum wheels and also has a locker in the rear not sure which brand.

Things I've done to my yota so far are new cat due to p.o. cutting out old one, replaced front diff due to p.o. welding spider gears and in turn ruining front diff gears, swapped to synthetic fluids in diffs and changed gear oil in tranny, replaced broken clutch pedal bracket, installed sr5 gauge cluster, extended breathers for both diffs, relaxed torsion bars a little to soften ride and last but not least replaced old wheels with new soft 8's with 4" backspace and brand spankin new 33"x12.50" BFG KM2's.

Near future plans are to install a cb. Fix lift by adding ball joint spacers new leafs in the rear and maybe goin down an inch on the body lift. Add trail gear rock sliders and install heavy duty bumper and winch for the front. Low profile tube bumper for the rear. 4runner buckets and tinted windows.
