props on building your own stuff. i liek the design of the front bumper, somethin ive never seen before. and 4banger.. what are you 13? did you revive this thread so you can post childish comments and look cool? there was WAY to much bashin in this thread. i can understand people posting and saying "this would be better to do instead of that", or "use this instead of that", but theres a difference in giving constructive criticism and just being a flatout prick.

mic09, dude youre out of control. you def have to be one of the most ignorant people i have ever seen. I somewhat liked the front end at first too, and did want to stick up for you, but when you totally threw out what Puulboy had to say to you and showed your ass, that was enough.

You need to learn how to take some criticism and not get your panties in a wad because someone said they do not like something you did.

Also, on the "new and improved" (LMFAO) shock mounts these guys are trying to look out for you, but again, "I know EXACTLY what im doing and dont need to listen yall."

If you had not showed your ass one bit in this thread, there would not be a SINGLE person against you right now, but there is a select few people who are saying that it looks good just to try and improve your feelings. As to you hitting another car with it, do you have proof??? I say BULL, i hit a dodge truck with a TJM T17 at around 20 miles per hour and it waffled the side of it. That pos that you made has a SNOWBALL'S CHANCE IN HELL of surviving any kind of wreck or accident.

Oh and to bring up something that not one person has brought up yet, you said in the first post, "I figured that it was about time to update my truck. I ed it up this past 4th of July, lots of alcohol and no food don't mix, but anyway she needs some work."

Great and youre drinking and driving under the legal age.

Angry

All this slamming is the reason some newbie's don't want to post their work! If you are going to give the guy some advice, why not do it politically? Why slam him and his work? It's childish and sickning!

A few of you think just because you know or think you know the meaning of ignorance you must apply it to any and every person you find you dislike on the internet.

Do what you want i'll be watching from the computer screen. If you do want advice don't hesitate to ask as i'm not gonna flame you for what you are doing. The only thing i'd like you to consider is
1. the legal liability you can incur if you modify your truck and it hurts or kills some one in an accident. Doesn't matter if the part you modded caused the accident but be damn sure if some one sues you or you kill some one with your "fab work" It is going to be far from pretty for you.
2. think of the social responsibilities when you fab and work on your truck with out concern for others. Imagine if your booty fabbed truck killed some one you loved or a child for that matter. Just seems irresponsible to me that's all. If some guy that was sure as snot his truck was fine and his rookie fab skills where top notch and his vehicle ended up killing one of your loved ones you'd be pretty pissed huh.
Just some ideas to put in your head man not trying to be preachy but seriously you have to think of others when you decide to take that thing on PUBLIC streets as at that point in time we all have a right to be pissed when or if your truck malfunctions and starts to impose upon our every day lives.
If this was a strictly offroad rig i'd say do what ever the heck you want but lets be honest that's not the case.

thank god you're in texas man as i don't think that thing would make it up here to wreak havoc on our city streets. And trust me God isn't going to help your sorry butt when you wreck that pile and are stuck sharing a cell with big Bubba Cause your booty fab skills killed an innocent person. And weather you like it or not my point is very valid in our sue happy country.
