Thanks! It's military olive drab. PPG specialty colors. My favorite color.

What are you running for a drive shaft? Thats my last hurdle right now. I can get a 4runner rear shaft or I have my IFS double cardon one too. What did you use and how is it working?

Rear driveshaft is stock 2nd gen driveshaft. Front is a custom built 27.5 inch shaft from TaTTons out of Utah. However, I bind up front under extreme flex, so the guy who did the swap ordered up some different u-joints and hopefully that will fix things up front. I guess if you use a stock front driveshaft it will pull out under flex. But I didn't do my SAS, I have just been in close touch with Scott from addictedoffroad during the whole thing. I hope that it won't keep binding after the U-Joint. I just want it to run.

Were using the Tom Woods offset u-joints with some 1310 to Toyota Flanges. Supposed to be good to 40* which he needs with the amount of flex this rig will get.

We used the offset Tom Wood's u-joints. It gets 40* of droop, but this is the issue with the V6 manuals and this much lift. It needs dual cases to allow for full articulation. The shaft is only 27.5" long, and Josh gets around 12-14" Of wheel travel up front. There just isn't much else we can do without dual cases.

That is what I suggested to him. For now, I think he is going to limit the pass side front a little. Eventually dual cases will be installed. That will solve the issue entirely.

For now though he has a brand new 4cyl 3rd with Detroit that I set up for him. Kind of defeats the purpose of going high pinion when it all would need to be replaced.

i wheeled today. No front driveshaft vibration. Didn't have any issues with binding but I wasn't wheeling it that hard. Scott answered the other questions. I'm just happy it's done for right now. I'll probably be out a vehicle for another week doing the 3.4 swap. Gonna start that soon. I'm tired of putting money into this thing. It's like a bottomless pit. haha.
