New Parts Truck

I'm super excited to make this post... I just bought a parts truck with Tito916. We're pulling everything off of it on monday, and the owner is going to recycle it when we are done tearing it apart. The interior is a little thrashed but i'm definitely going to be able to make money off of it.

Comes w/ Warn Winch and Steel Bumper on front, 5 speed 22RE motor, Chevy overload springs, and most everything i need to straighten out the body on my truck... Great Day.

ummm... monday is going to be a GREAT DAY!

Hoist, jack, stands, cutting wheels, extension chords, of course the regular tools (ratchets, sockets, end wrenches, and anything else you can think of)...

It's saying it is going to be cloudy, so bring a rain jacket just in case.

Cold Start Switch leaking question...

I have a question... I was under the hood last night and noticed that directly under my EFI tube (45 degree elbow), the wires (i think it is the cold start injector wires) are covered in something wet (i am assuming it is oil), and @ the bottom of the elbow it is caked with dry oil and grease. Could this be a seal?

Everything is wet and gross.

Part out: Day 2

I just got home from a long morning of Toyota carnage. Tito and I finished up the part out with the rear axel and the overload springs... it took a while but we got them out and loaded in the truck. My plan in the next week is to replace my doors, fenders, radiator, a few seals and hoses, along with selling a few of the parts that i received from the donor truck.

Axel Out

Posing

Left my top with the rig.

Update

So my truck is sitting in my work parking lot, full of spare parts and looking lonely. Wanted to give you guys a picture update of what it is looking like after a new hood and new top.

More updates coming... Once i get all the new body components installed, i'm planning on rattle canning the whole thing. Any suggestions on paint and or color?

Ya it's a pre-historic Bellview winch. The guy who owned the truck used to work for the forrest services and said that he pulled trees down with it. We took it to see if anyone would want it but i'm sure we're going to have to scrap it eventually.
