Header Recommendations? 1994 yota pickup

Im working on a 1994 pickup with 22re. put in a catback exhaust and want to put in a header before i move on to a new cam and valve job. Any suggestions on a quality header?

Any Tri-Y header (4-2-1 design). This is what Toyota put on the rig from the factory (manifold goes from 4 to 2, then down pipe goes from 2 to 1). Gives best power at low rpm. Like in DD driving and low speed off-roading.

LCE header is a 4-1 layout designed more for high RPMs. Still going to be better than stock power output but not going to give it in the same range as say a Thorley.

Personally, since the 22re will never really put out much power even with full mods, I chose to just increase downpipe ID as close to the Y as possible to 2", then went 2" high flow CAT followed by 2.25" back. Gave more power for sure. Cost much less.
