Hey guys just finished an engine rebuild on my 22RTE and am having a weird sound come from the back portion of the valve cover wondering if this is because I adjusted the valves wrong? Or am I missing something. Any help would be appreciated.

also mind the ATF fluid my power steering hose is broken.
