Id rather have a bit to big box with all my crap i want and need nicely stowed in it than crap laying around all over or need something and it no be there cause the thing was too ugly.

No problem. A tape measure and wax pencil is your friend. the old saying of measure twice cut once is definitely true when you are doing a bed bob and fender trim. let me know if I can answer any questions for you

I knew what you meant, and totally agree. it is nice to have my tow straps, ropes and other accessories tucked away nice and dry and not rolling around in the bed

Get the cruiser ready for a weekend road trip. It got an alignment on Monday and new exhaust last week. Tonight I put on the 265s from my truck that were briefly on the 87. The cruiser had a shake at 65 mph so we wanted to get it checked out. Turns out it was from the front passenger tire, all the front end components were in good working order. So I swapped out the whole set. I think it fills out the wheel well a little more.

Drove the cruiser 5 hours on the highway one way to the Ohio Pennsylvania boarder to pick up same family members for a surprise birthday party for my mother in law. 10 hours total in the cruiser wasn't bad. 10 hours of highway travel in anything can be rough, but the cruiser was comfortable. A strong head wind on the way back made for some slower speeds and poorer gas mileage but it was as mission accomplished. There and back with no problems and a timely manner.

Ya I love it more and more. It needs a little more TLC to make it really nice but I really do like it. And more importantly, my wife loves it

I had some passengers in my truck tonight so I decided to make some quick videos. You will have to pardon the 9 year camera work but I think you will get the idea. One is just cruising around to hear the exhaust, another is going from 40 to 70 mph on the highway and the last is playing around trying to do a decent 0 to 60 time. Nothing special but something fun to do. The last one is my favorite.... "dad you're past the speed limit....". Lol
