Also wanted to post up some pictures of my axle and upper ball joint replacement, old axle boots had been cracked for probably a long time, PO never replaced them, so they were popping in 4 wheel drive real bad and the upper ball joints were very loose. Next is the outer tie rod ends and lower ball joints. (I didn't do the lower ball joints cause I didnt have the money, but i know it would have been easier to do them at the same time).
I guess i reached my limit of attatchments so i provide a link to my "vehicles" album on Facebook, check em out, let me know what you think, driver side (first) took 5 hours, and passanger side (second) took 3 1/2 hours.

My next project (as far as money projects go) on it will be exhaust, going to go with a 2" pipe from the header back to a 2" inlet - 2" outlet flowmaster 40 delta flow, with a y splitter near where the spare tire would be and have two pipes with rectangle tips, one in each side of the bumper, on either side of the hitch hookup, i think it would look really cool to have pipes coming to the inside of the bumper, you don't really see that alot.
The reason i chose 2 inch piping is that it seems like the majority use too large a diameter and have no back pressure, and i plan on putting an aftermarket header as well, so it will be a perfect setup i think (i was pondering a Dynomax Super Turbo and painting it with a high heat paint so it doesn't rust), but i dont like to use mufflers with packing materials. I haven't purchased the muffler yet but im open to suggestions. I really want a Magnaflow, but they use packing material.......

Nice looking little truck you got there. Welcome to Yotatech. Think you will enjoy this site. I am posting a picture of your truck. If you get a Photobucket account and copy and paste the [IMG...IMG] it will show in a bigger picture. I use the 960x1280 resolution setting. If you will hit the blue quote button below, it will show the picture in text form. Looking forward to your build.

I'm running a stock manifold then a 2" pipe to my single inlet dual outlet 30 series Flowmaster. The outlet is dual 2 1/4 but I only have dual turndowns. I've got a video posted in my build thread if you'd like to hear how it sounds.
I personally love the sound. It's real throaty without that bumblebee effect.

@ Korn, me up close and personal? Why cause u put up my Facebook account? Thanks, it is a very clean body and frame, minimal rust, only known rust was on the tailgate real low, you can see where i sanded it and painted it black for now, until i get money to repaint the whole thing. And about the SAS, id like to get the rear all done up first and see if SAS is necessary for the kind of trailing i do, im gonna put a locker in the rear diff and im gonna re do the suspension to get better articulation, and then we'll see about the SAS up front....
@ Toyot~Boy, im gonna check the video now and see how i like it, im sure it sounds good from what your telling me.

Hey, another Floridian. junk4u is in Miami and I am in Fort Lauderdale...both wayy far south from you. All the good trails are up your way. Your truck looks good, welcome to the addiction.
Anyway, on the image page of your photobucket, on the right side there is a box that says Image Links. Copy the direct link URL, and then when you post a reply here on Yotatech, click the little yellow button that looks like mountains..it will pop up a window where you can paste the URL that you copied...like this:
