here's some more pics! I'm starting to get excited now, i can finally see the end. If nothing goes wrong and i dont get sidetracked i might even be done by the weekend! the only thing i have left to weld on are the shock hoops and the rear shock mounts.

spring perches

Here she is on her wheels, had to set the rear pinion angle

Nice build man! Bumper looks pretty cool too! But I'm really interested in hearing how the spartan locker performs cause I was considering getting one too.

yeah your probably right, i was thinking about either 33 or 35 MTR's, i gotta her out of the garage though so i'll have to do gears later, most likely the same time i put in a front locker.

-I got the plasma from praxair in Edmonton, it wasn't cheap but it was definitely worth every penny.

HOLY CRAPOLI, AARON, ....SICK! I've been so overwhelmed with the "Well, it's Mark, so SOMETHING has to be NEXXXXXXXXXT!" build! hahaha.. I didn't even see the pic of it almost done! Wow, .... that is some serious clearance, IMPRESSED! Love that brick-toy color, too, now it just reminds me of my buddy's 85 4Runner in that color(minus the black)....

Wow, can't wait for the pics you're speaking of, bud!

Thanks guys, got a couple more loose ends to tie up: need to change the front output flange, then fix my rear window and get it aligned still before i can take it out.

And Chef, please don't break anything on your truck its too clean to be broken lol.

Hahhaa, ...thanks, man! Well, you'll get there, Aaron, no worries.... and it's a nice rig, just needs a lil TLC. BTW, how heavy is that bumper.... it looks like 3MILLION KAJILLION POUNDS! lol. Jk, but curious. Is it a name brand one or home made?

i built it out of 10 gauge so my guess is maybe about 100lbs, i can pick it up by myself pretty easily. I actually built it in my garage, but now that i have a plasma cutter and some other fab tools i wanna try and build another one out of 3/8 material and modify the design so i can put a stinger on it. But that's a while from now lol.

Hey everybody, i got some new tires last week and got out wheeling too!
Decided to go with 33" MT/R's.

she sure is sloooooooooooow now though lol. So im gonna streamline my intake a little bit and i got a header on the way so hopefully that helps a bit. I'll probably regear when i put in my dual T-cases.
