Weeks of work, grinding everything down, replacing damaged parts, had to create a custom tool to separate the bearing case as they were both damaged and bearings were worn.. Cleaned everything the best I could and repainted with rust inhibitor, then rust paint and under coating on the frame..

so got it running with new parts and fresh fluids in everything.. A rad hose blew and since it was attached to the thermostat I ended up replacing that as well... Test run is complete and everything is working perfectly at the moment.. Just a few minor things to complete.. Working on the bumper to remove all the rust and repaint it..

Thanks man! Took lots of hard long days to remove all the rust.. several days I didn't want to go back under there for hours to grind but it had to be done and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out!
Had to replace lots of rusted out parts which I didn't plan to until I started to remove things and I didn't want to put any old rusty parts back on just part of doing a job right and hopefully only having to do it once!
