93runner223's 1993 4Runner Build-Up Thread

ok so i bought a 93 4runner sr5 obvi
it had some issues and kinda ran rough when i bought it
paid 1900 then 233 for dmv fees
it had decent trxus 31" and missing stereo
so far iv put a new fuel pump because the sump and air bleed off were broken along with valve cover gaskets plugs and high mileage oil

o and btw when i say 'I'
i mean 'shop', im only eighteen and a senior that works 30hrs a week along with lack of tools although i do everything i can when i have time

so far its running good has only 162k and they checked the head gasket and no leaks were found

i just ordered the idler arm bushings that im going to do myself along with rebuild a power steering pump that my buddy let me have after it started leaking on his 90 runner

im probably going to sell it anyway to make the profit because mine was recently replaced and fine

SO it comes down to this the interior is ugly and dirty and the po lost all interior screws doing some bang up audio install (

planning on painting all interior plastics similar to 8t8 runners build up

and replace carpet. probably going to buy some from a carpet dealer or whatever and cut myself

updates later
