87 4runner 22re 5 speed re-gear question
I have a 87 4runner 22re 5 speed. I have started driving it more on the road vs off roading. Can I put the 5.29 gears in the rear and not do the front as long as I don't use 4x4. It will be temporary until I can get the front done.

Yes. You will just have a 2 wheel drive truck. Are you going with 35 or 37” tires?
