Haha, hopefully in spring i will go for the first time. Im still trying to get an aussie locker, t-case mount, and an ifs brace. My friend is also making a skid plate in his welding class, and my cb stuff is on its way.
I hope i can install it myself with no problems.

lol this is all win!

Ok first of all you do not need any of that to go wheeling, in fact its probably better to lean with out the locker. It will give you a false sense of what the limits of the truck are. Its better to know what the truck will do with out it first then you appreciate the locker more once you have it.

I would be telling the parents to pull the bottle out of you're mouth and trust you. I guess if they paid for the truck then its there investment and $$ not yours.

I know i dont need it, but there are things that i want, im not spending thousands of dollars, im just getting stuff to make my rig how i want it to be. And it doesnt work like that with my parents, they just dont want me to break anything and not be able to drive, so i have to have money saved to be able to fix stuff.

EDIT: And i may have never been wheeling for a whole day, but i have done my share of offroading, so i know that i will appreciate the locker and stuff. But thats a good idea (not having a locker) for somebody who is completly new to it.

Sounds good! I have to check and see if mine works. It's old and seems to be intermittent at best.

Nice truck!

I will hopefully be getting my 2 door running today! I live right around the corner from you in the Medowdale area. I'll keep a lookout for ya on the road.

Nope, I just got this truck a few weeks ago. We finally fired it today after diagnosing a bum fuel pump. We spent the last couple weeks rebuilding the 22re since I got it with a blown head gasket.

I should have it on the road in another week or two.
