Before I rebuilt the motor it was idling at factory speed and I didn't adjust anything in the process of putting it back in but now its idling high for some reason. The AFM is screwed all the way down and it's still high. what could have happened to make the idle speed go up and can an air flow meter go bad? if so, how?
