My 1994 4runner heater vibrates the dash When I turn it on high. It is a low vibrating noise and sounds as if it is coming from the dash.
How do I fix this problem?

could it be pine needles stuck in the heater motor?
Where do I begin to take it apart and clean it? I need pictures or directions either way.
Could it be because there was a broken windshield and the glass scattered all over the hood and in the hood vent pockets by the windshield wipers?
