Hi guys, names Lee & I'm from Liverpool, England but now living up on Exmoor in Devon. Just sold my trusty old Mk3 that I've had for 7 years,(also had 2 Mk2's & a Mk3 d/c import in the family during that time), so I'm now about to start work on my 1982 Mk1 that I've had in the garage for 3 years, she's already lifted & I have some new rims & tyres ordered, (33x12.5), original bench seat to be re-covered, bit of welding to sort & hopefully a re-spray in the same matt black colour she is now. I'll keep you all updated with the work as it happens along with pics & I look forward to seeing your trucks & getting to know you all. 1st question, has anyone fitted a power steering set up to one of these trucks, I have the parts now just need to know what to do.

yes it can , hes just kiddin' you ...
being a Right hand drive though , parts might be a little more challenging to find . first thing you need to check is if you have the power steering "bosses" on the head . do some searching here for power steering , and you see what i'm saying .. basically the same parts , just a right hand drive power steering box , skill level 5
