I've made some more progress, but nothing worth posting pictures. I found this Delta tool box on craigslist for $40...
I looked up the model number, and it retails for $339! The only thing wrong with it is one of the hinges need to be replaced, and I need to get some keys cut for it.

I'm hoping to find a bumper at the junkyard from another truck, and get the mounts modified to fit. I've seen some Scouts at the junkyard in the past with really burly winch bumpers, so I'm hoping I get lucky.
The bezels and grille are going to be painted black. I found an emblem at the junkyard that I think is off a 4Runner, but I'm not sure. It was just sitting on the ground. Anyway, it fits in the grille where the stock emblem goes, but looks a lot better.

I was going to just do a quick spray can job to get rid of the yellow, but I'm going to hold out until I can afford something better. Now that the stripes are gone, the yellow doesn't seem as ugly. I'll just cover the rust spots and scratches with brown paint so it looks like a ripe banana.
Could always bed line it too, indestructible.
