I have a 88 Toyota pick up that I can't for the life of me get to pass emissions I have been in 3 times for retest and my numbers keep changing so my question is there anyone that can help me find a way to get it to pass? And getting rid of it is not a option

 

I had the same issue with my '92 4runner because it doesn't have a Catalytic Converter (it was removed by the previous owner when he put the exhaust system in). Do you have a relative that lives in another part of the state? Like in a rural area? You can go to their county and register it if they don't require an emissions check.

 

What exactly is the problem? And like stated above I live in warner robins but time to time drive or stay in Atlanta. I don't have pass emissions since I don't live there
