I have a 2010 4Runner Trial with KDDS and a 3 inch lift. I have alignment problems. I took it to an off road shop and was told that I needed to replace the bushings, upper ball joints and inner/outer tie rods (all of which I knew). I was told that the inner tie rods are not serviceable which means replacement of the entire rack and pinion assembly and in turn requires the removal of the engine and transmission to access the steering gear. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
