2014 4Runner Limited: The Official Jalopnik Review
Hey all,
Long time lurker but I finally found a reason to register, got a the chance to spend some 800 miles in a brand-new 2014 Toyota 4Runner Limited 4WD and thought y'all might like to hear about it.
Turned out about 18.2 MPG on mostly-highway travel, which seemed a little disappointing after Toyota claims 21. But it was fun to drive, and Toyota's Entune infotainment setup is really quite good. Weather map overlayed on GPS is especially neat.

Nice review.
The reason your mileage was so low was likely the cold weather. I find the best mpg i could get with my 99' in the winter on a road trip was 19mpg. In the summer on the same trip, 21mpg. My 11' taco returns 17mpg winter, 20mpg summer daily driving.
