But i was comparing it to my passenger vent (personal vehicle) and found they are pretty much identical except it doesnt have the two holes in the back for the black door to shut off air coming through. It looks like you could just drill two holes in it and if you still have all the pieces that go to the housing it could work. Otherwise you can just use the center vent as is and just not have a door to shut out air completely. here are some pics of my interior pieces
For the items I have marked in red shipped to 70070 please. I need to replace these in my 86 4runner.
