Cordless Pressure Washers

Cordless Pressure Washers
I have moved to an apartment where there is no access to an outside water tap. I’m thinking of buying a cordless pressure washer as I would prefer to clean my own vehicle rather than using the car wash sites around here. The washer doesn’t need to be all that powerful as I’m more interested in a reliable user friendly machine. Would appreciate any comments or recommendations.

I have the Dewalt 20v cordless, it’s cool for minor clean ups that need a bit more than hose pressure, but for washing a mud caked car I would say negative, if you just want a rinse and you are going to hand wash and rinse soap, sure. I think the dewalt is around 500 psi. I mostly use it in the winter for minor stuff.
But if I was going to use it as my primary machine like in your case it’s a tough decision, with a 6ah battery I would think you may need two fully charged to do a decent wash/rinse. Batteries are ridiculously expensive these days so to me I would rather go to a car wash, wash, cheesy dry then take back to the apartment for the detail.
I got it on eBay for 120 and had a bunch of batteries already so it wasn’t a huge investment, by the time you buy and get batteries depending on what you end up with it may not be cheap. You can always grab one and try it and take it back if it won’t work for you. They do have other cordless units though, I would jump on you tube and start watching reviews on the dewalt and others, they all have good and bad reviews, mostly the bad ones are people that think it’s a power washer which it is not, it’s a power cleaner
