22re rough idle issue PLEASE HELP

I have a 85 Celica with the 22re engine, I have been having a rough idle issue mainly when it's warmed up, sounds like a slight miss but the car runs fine when i drive down the road, after the motor is warm and i turn it off of a short while and crank it again the idle is horrible (shaking, very low 400rpms, and all that jazz) but after a few minutes will often stabilize to the slight missing. Also does it when i come to a stop just not as severe. Also i dont know if it's related but when i go WOT at 4500 rpm the motor literally hits a wall and wont accelerate further, I can here the intake bog as if the cat is clogged (experianced this b4) but the odd thing is i can rev it in neutral past that and if i'm not at WOT and accelerate slower i can go past 4500RPM's.

So far i have done plugs, wires, cap, rotor, air filter, new cat back exhaust, took off and cleaned throttle body, done valve adjustment twice, adjusted tps and checked out before and still is in parameters now. checked timing set at 5 degrees BTDC. I'm thinking of messing with the Idle air control valve, maybe it has something to do with it. I dont even know if the 2 problems are related but i have seen alot of posts about the 2 but no answers. I am looking for any input on the subject matter becasue i am running out of ideas, I dont want to resort to replacing random parts (shotgun method)

I am more focused on the rough idle problem, just thinking the other issue may help in diagnosing.

Have you checked for a cracked or loose vacuum hose?

i've done a visual, none of the hissing sounds usually accompanied by vacuum leaks. I've pulled most of them one by one and each one when pulled makes the car run worse so they are holding some vacuum. I'll get a vacuum gauge today and check the pressure.
