4wheeler problems..im out of ideas
my 4wheeler has been majorly tickin me off today. its got some problem with the carb or something. it will idle fine but under load it will just flood and start back firing and shut off. it practically floods itself with gas until it dies. ive taken the the carb off and messed around with the floats multiple times and i can never get it to stop. i figure since it is a gas related problem that it HAS to be from the carb so do yall have any ideas. all the components are new in the carb thanks to a rebuild kit installed by the local dealers so its not them. i think it just needs major adjusting but for that i am sooo lost. someone please guide me through this, i want my 4wheeler back and its freakin killin me. thanks.

Carb floats not seating?
My rotax, with a new carb re-build kit, was giving me fits a while ago...either too much, or not enugh fuel. Replaced the "new" floats with floats known to be good...no more problems.

SWEEET JESUSS!!!! tonight at about 10:30, i heard somethin i havent heard in 2 years, my fourwheeler idling and then responding immediately to the gas without bogging down. ive been working on it purdy much non stop since 4 this afternoon. ive cleaned out everything, adjusting everything a million times and was at the point of dumping my 4wheeler. i then though wut the heck and started messin with this little needle thingy that like goes into the jet and is like attatched to the throttle cable. well the clip was on the highest setting so i moved it to one up from the bottom and gotten everything buttoned up and she cranked right up and just purred, it was sooo great. i love that feeling when uve been working on somethin urself for so long and u finally get it right, man its the greatest thing in the world. i love workin on my own stuff. sorry for the ramblin just really excited and ready to take it for a ride tomorrow and do some final tunning. thanks for yalls help.
