Anyone know what size spacers and where to buy? Does that allow IFS wheels to fit?

Would these be what I need? If not what size? Do I need all four or just two?

Those will work fine. You only need them for the front axle.

Stock rims for 84/85 (sfa) have 2.5" backspacing.
86+ (ifs) rims have 3.75" backspacing.

The difference is 1.25"

So does that mean there is no difference since I put 1.25" spacers, or does that mean I will have 2.50" wider stance on each side?
