WTB e-locker motor/actuator

WTB e-locker motor/actuator
As the title suggests I'm looking for a replacement for my seized e-locker motor/actuator. Mine had died from rust and I really would like to be able to use my locker. I have a 1996 4runner if that makes any difference.

take it apart and clean it up...it will probably work again. Mine did.

Tried that and no dice. I think it's the actual motor and tne screws over the motor are soo rusted I couldn't get it apart. Since this is my DD I don;t wannt break it and not have anything to put back.
